thereof. The milk may be modified by the partial removal/substitution of different milk solids,
carbohydratessuch assucrose, dextrose and dextrins/maltodextrins, maltose and lactose, salts such as phosphates, citrates; vitaminsA, D,E, Bgroup,C, and other vitamins, minerals such as iron, copper, zinc, iodineand others.
