This Return Policy governs the physical hardware prototypes and testing samples delivered to EVTL India labs for electro-technical testing.

Sample Dispatch & Return Logistics

After completion of custom laboratory evaluations (such as Lithium-Ion battery testing or EMI-EMC verification), components or machinery can be recollected by the manufacturer from our Okhla facility within 30 business days.
