Condensed milk of various types are produced by partial removal of water of either whole, partially skimmed, skimmed or reconstituted or recombined milk with suitable adjustment of milk solids and with the addition of sucrose in the form of refined sugar. The removal of water leads to the ~possibility of storage of the resulting products unchanged for an appreciable length of time.
